 Today we answered the questions for the poem constantly risking absurdity. In the poem the poet compares a poet to an acrobat. We covered line by line and determined how each one of them compared to an acrobat. You would be surprised how much a poet and acrobat has in common.

 

 

 Today we read a poem. The poem was about a boy who was doing work for his parents with a saw and accidentally killed himself. After reading the text we discussed and annotated the text. At the end Mr tease explained the assignment and the bell rang.

 I don’t think the world gets better. As the president changes every 4 years we aren’t really effected by who’s in office. We kind of just out in a vote and just go on living life. I think the government has the most power and we don’t really experience it. I don't think the world will get better unless they do something big and historical to change it.

 I’ve planned to do a lot of things. Sometimes you plan things and the day just doesn’t go how you expect it to. That’s why I just go with the flow and do things as I go on. I’ve gotten used to my plans being interrupted so I don’t make them anymore. For example I planned to go tot he movies with someone for my birthday but she caught the flu.

 Growing I changed sizes fast. I was always the tallest and every class. One time in 6th grade I wore a size 6 for a month. My shoes got small very fast. Sometimes I order clothes from online that come too big. That’s why like to shop in person, to see what I’m actually buying.

 I wish asked for help more In math class last year. I had to go to summer school. If I had of just asked questions and tried my best to understand it that wouldn’t have happened. Asking question is vital in life. You can’t do everything on your own.

 I forgot about a lot of childhood friends. After you’ve moved away and switched schools you tend to forget about some friends. I only forgot about the friends who I didn’t really talk to everyday but we were cordial. I’ve  had a lot of friends that I used to got outisde and hang with that I don’t remember because of the new friends and experiences I’ve had.

 I knew my rap career had started when I was averaging 1,000 plays in Spotify. It not easy to average that many plays. I also knew it had begun when people started to show more love to my music. Everyone used to say it was bad until I focused on mastering my craft and sound. 

 I don’t have fun at six flags. I don’t like roller coasters. Neither do I like those fast drop down things. I’m a very simple person. Things like arcades and sports are enough to suffice me. Anything with crazy rides I won’t have fun with.

 I am certain that I will be well off in life. I have too much hustle and knowledge to let it go to waste. I think I can whatever I put my mind to. The only way I won’t be successful is if I don’t try my best. Stay consistent and poised is key in becoming what you want to be.

 I want thank my mom for every thing she’s done for. Thank you for taking care of me. Thank you for feeding and clothing me without struggle. Thank you for showing me love and affection. Thank you for giving me knowledge and information of the world and the way people move. 

 My aunt gave me a scramble game one time. I was younger and at the time it’s not what I would have wanted. I’ve learned to appreciate every gift though. I tried my best to not seem disappointed 

 My ex girlfriend kept plenty of secrets from me. She kept from me that she had a boy Best friend. Which was only a problem because they used to date. She used to keep from me when she used to go out with friends because they were always up to no good. A lot of secrets have been kept from me.

 In middle school when you tell friends you like someone it always gets revealed. That’s what happened to me. I told my friend I liked a girl which he knew and he decided to tell her. As a kid it’s kind of embarrassing when that happens. As you grow up you learn to just go with the flow.

 I’m sorry for not being who they want me to be. I’m sorry for nothing how they expect me to be. I’m sorry for not living up to their expectations. I’m sorry for not helping them when they didn’t help me. I’m sorry for not being as nice and they think I should be.

 I used to know how to ride skateboards. I used ride all types of skateboards. For example I rode rip-sticks, longboards, electric skateboards, etc. When I started getting older I stopped riding. I think if I started riding again I would be just as good or even better. Skating was always something I liked to do.

 I don’t remember much from being a kid. I only remember major events like birthday parties or family functions. I probably only remember things from age 9 and up. I feel like life is about moving forward, the past doesn’t really matter.

 One time I got in trouble for fighting in 8th grade. The fight was about two boys and their pride nothing too serious. I learned from the situation. Most fight are pointless and never have to lead to that. It’s better to just remove yourself from the situation.

 I have too many clothes. I have clothes with tags still on them. I even have clothes that are sitting on the floor in a suitcase because I don’t have enough room for them. I also have too many shoes. I had to start throwing away the boxes because of how much room they took up.

 I cant deny my physical features. Physical features is something I can’t change. Unless I get plastic surgery. Otherwise my feature will always be the same. For example I can’t deny that I’m tall. Is the truth and a fact.
